About C & C Academy
C & C Academy Inc. is a newly TESDA registered training center that offers technical vocational programs. Located in the City of Dasmariñas, our newly built Academy is a SEC registered corporation and is run by the “Ybañez” family. After reaching success in the field of real estate and events, the management has decided to venture into the field of education to extend help to the community. The main goal is to provide benefits by professionalizing the lives of house sellers, but because of their benevolent hearts they would like to extend this opportunity to the people around the community through this livelihood program.
At C & C Academy Inc., we understand the importance of practical skills and hands-on training. Our curriculum is based on the Training Regulations of TESDA which aims to equip trainees with the necessary knowledge and skills in dynamic industries. Through flexible learning which gives students an option to study in a combination of virtual lectures, classroom workshops, and real-world projects that is comfortable for them, our trainees gain a deep understanding of their chosen career.
Moreover, we believe in the power of partnerships and collaborations. We have established partnership with various suppliers, industry leaders and organizations, providing our trainees with valuable networking opportunities and industry connections. Through internships and industry placements, our trainees gain hands-on experience and exposure to real-world, further enhancing their employability upon graduation.
Recently we have been organizing the registration for Real Estate Services NC II and we are excited to offer this program soon.

History
C & C ACADEMY INC. was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on February 27, 2023. Initially, this academy was used to provide new sellers and aspiring agents training to be fully equipped in selling lots, houses, and condominiums and digital marketing strategies.
In April, we hired our School Administrator and in May we were able to hire our Trainer who would both work hand in hand to support the building of the Academy.
In early June 2023, we started organizing the registration for our first technical program. We contacted the TESDA Cavite Provincial Office in Trece Martires City, provided all the required compliance documents, attended orientations, until our declared classroom was inspected. Finally, on July 20, 2023 we received our Certificate of TVET Program Registration for Events Management Services NC III.
On December 6, 2023, UMC- CAAP approved to be our affiliated hospital in case of emergencies. This partnership aims to ensure the health and safety of our students during training.
Moreover, TESDA granted us with 2 Batches of scholarships in April and May 2024. We successfully conducted our first and second trainings with a Blended Learning modality. Some of our students were able to join our Industry Partners like Asia's Golden Icon Awards & Events Inc. and Busolve Catering Services who conducted their Supervised Industry Learning or On-the-Job Training.
